Name Whisper is built to be privacy-respecting. We collect only what's necessary to provide the service. No tracking pixels, no ad networks.

Account data (address, email, watchlist, search history) is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase with row-level security. Session tokens are JWTs stored client-side in localStorage. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
Name Whisper indexes publicly available on-chain data from the Ethereum blockchain and ENS contracts. This includes name registrations, transfers, sales, and ENS records. This data is public by nature and is not considered personal data collected by us.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and what devices and countries our users come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymised usage data. It does not have access to your Ethereum address, email, or any account data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
When you execute trades (buy, sell, make offers), your transactions interact directly with Ethereum smart contracts and may route through third-party marketplace protocols (Seaport). These interactions are on-chain and public. We do not control what those protocols or blockchain explorers display.
You can delete your email address at any time through the app. To request full account deletion (watchlist, search history, all stored data), contact us on X at @NameWhisperAI. We will process deletion requests promptly.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
