Name Whisper is an ENS name intelligence platform. It provides search, valuation estimates, portfolio tracking, marketplace aggregation, and developer tools for Ethereum Name Service (ENS) names.
Valuations are estimates, not appraisals.
Name Whisper provides algorithmic valuation estimates based on comparable sales, linguistic quality signals, and on-chain data. These are informational only and should not be relied upon as financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of market value. ENS names are speculative digital assets. You could lose money. Always do your own research before buying, selling, or making offers.
Certain features require connecting an Ethereum wallet. When you connect your wallet and sign transactions, you are interacting directly with Ethereum smart contracts. Name Whisper facilitates these interactions but does not custody your funds, hold your private keys, or have the ability to reverse transactions.
Name Whisper aggregates listings from third-party ENS marketplaces. We do not control these marketplaces, their availability, pricing accuracy, or order execution. Listings may be stale, withdrawn, or filled by the time you attempt a purchase.
Authentication uses Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE). Your account is tied to your Ethereum address. You are responsible for securing your wallet. We cannot recover access if you lose your private keys.

Name Whisper provides REST API endpoints and MCP tools for developers and AI agents. These are provided as-is. We may rate-limit, modify, or discontinue API access at any time without notice.
Name Whisper is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We reserve the right to update these terms, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Name Whisper and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses from trading, failed transactions, inaccurate valuations, or service interruptions.
